Brave News #33: Brave 10 full fight card announced; Brave wins FightBook MMA Awards

Online show comes back with Brave 10 announcements and prizes won by the promotion

Brave News, the online show that keeps fans updated on everything related to the biggest MMA promotion in the Middle East, comes back this week with big news regarding Brave 10: The Kingdom Rises. The organization’s first foray into Jordan will happen on March 2nd, in Amman, and officials announced the entire fight card next week.

Featuring athletes from 13 countries, the program will be headlined by Featherweight champion Elias Boudegzdame’s first title defense. He meets Poland’s Jakub Kowalewicz, and other big fight announcements include the local stars Jarrah Al Silawi, who will fight the newcomer David Bear; Abdul Kareem Al Selwady, who faces England’s Charlie Leary in a Lightweight bout and Jalal Al Daaja, scheduled to fight the Filipino star Crisanto Pitpitunge.

Still talking about Brave 10 fight card, two non-title bouts also drew the attention of the fans and media. The first one was the much-anticipated rematch between Mohammad “The Latest” Fakhreddine and Tahar Hadbi, who will finally settle their differences inside the cage after their controversial No Contest at Brave 9. The other one was the Bantamweight title eliminator between Brazil’s Felipe Efrain and Ireland’s Frans Mlambo, in a match-up that’s been pointed as the Fight Of The Night contender.

Last but not least, Brave Combat Federation and Brave News were honored by the specialized website Fightbook MMA during the 3rd Annual Fightbook MMA Awards. Brave was selected as the editors’ choice of Best Global MMA promotion. Brave News was picked as the best MMA Newscast and our presenter and cage announcer Carlos Kremer was voted the best cage announcer of 2017.
