Masio “Lobo” Fullen joins Brave Combat Federation

Brave Combat Federation has acquired the exciting Mexican fighter Masio Fullen (10-6) from Mexico.
The exciting 28-year-old out of one of the world’s top MMA gyms, Alliance MMA, and was on the popular TV show The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America. Typical of the Mexican fighting tradition, Masio is a striker and is all about finishing his opponents. He’s a former national Taekwondo champion, has excellent boxing and has finished eight fights inside the distance with five first round finishes.
The signing of this world class international talent is a confirmation of Brave CEO Mohammed Shahid’s vision coming to fruition.He recently revealed his vision of Brave taking Bahrain’s talent to the world and simultaneously bringing the world’s talent to Bahrain, in a move which will transform the sport in the middle eastern region.
Masio’s pedigree and fan-friendly style will serve to raise the profile of Brave and generate excitement heading into Brave 1, although it’s uncertain if Massio will be ready for the first show. His nickname “Lobo” is Spanish for “Wolf” and fought some of the world’s best talent, losing to top featherweights, Makwan Amirkhani (13-2) and MMA veteran Alex Caceras (12-8). His victory came on the undercard of Ronda Rousey’s famous 14-second arm-bar victory over Cat Zingano. He used his superior striking technique and precision punching to defeat Columbian grappler Alex Torres via split decision in a grueling war.
Brave welcomes him to the roster and looks forward to seeing him in action in what promises to be a memorable end to 2016 in middle-eastern MMA. Brave’s 1 will take place on September 23rd at Khalifa Sports City, Isa Town, Bahrain. More fights will be announced in the coming weeks.
