Shahid praises the fighters who made Brave 2: Dynasty a great spectacle.

Brave President couldn’t hide his excitement following some impressive victories, particularly from the Arab fighters Jarrah Al Silawi and Elias Boudegzdame, who both secured impressive submission finishes – not just winning but making a statement to the world.
Shahid may well take these two Arab fighters abroad as he takes Brave Combat Federation to the world next year, starting with Brazil. Big fights await these two men and also some of the other winners on the card, like Carl “The Bomber” Booth, who knocked-out Gadzhimusa Gaziev with a beautiful right hand, living up to his nickname.
Following the historic event, President Shahid said:
“The fighters made the show a big success. We saw some amazing fights and we saw athletes performing at the highest level. The welterweight division, after this event, looks very exciting with Fakhreddine on his way back from injury, in addition to guys like Jarrah Al Silawi and Ottman Azaitair. These fighters will make strong match-ups for future Brave cards. “Gary” (Gurdarshan Mangat) showed Indian fans they have a new hero. He looked great. And Hamza, on the other hand, showed his heart to grind-out and pull off the win. The most impressive winner, for me, was Elias and he has a bright future with Brave CF.”
His mention of the night’s other big winner, India’s Mangat, who resides in Canada, is significant because Shahid recently revealed his plans to help transform MMA in India – and the hero he needs is seemingly Mangat.
The fighter, who trains at Tristar gym in Canada, has all the skills, heart and charisma to become the ideal role model in India and someone who inspires the youth to train harder and aim for the top.
Mangat is not there yet, but he’s on the right track and his victory over Troy Bantiag made in nine wins out of ten professional fights – and he looked phenomenal in there against an over-matched opponent.
It wasn’t supposed to be a mis-match, Bantiag hails from the tough Team Lakay gym and has a solid record, yet Mangat made him look inferior with his superior speed, skill and technique as he peppered Bantiag with nasty body kicks, landed some hurtful combinations to the head and then delivered the heavy ground and pound which forced the referee to step in. Pure domination and you could feel the smile inside President Shahid growing bigger and bigger even if he didn’t show it.
