Walel ‘The Gazelle’ signs with Brave Combat Federation

Brave Combat Federation has announced another huge addition to its featherweight roster. The organization confirmed that the long-time MMA veteran Walel Watson ‘The Gazelle’ (13-8) has signed a multi-fight agreement with the promotion.

The MMA veteran who fights out of Team Hurricane Awesome in San Diego, USA, built his reputation as a submission artist, winning almost 80% of fights by forcing his opponents to tap out. With more than 20 professional bouts, Walel competed under some of the most important banners in the world, such as UFC and Titan FC.

“ Walel is a tremendous athlete who will be a big challenge for any fighter. He brings with him a wealth of experience fighting at the very top level and will endear himself to fans in the region with his exciting fighting style. We really look forward to his debut” said Mohamed Shahid, President of Brave Combat Federation.

Walel Watson is expected to make his promotional debut at Brave 2 ” Dynasty “, against an opponent yet to be confirmed. The event is headlined by the inaugural featherweight title fight between Mexico’s Masio Fullen and Germany’s Alan Omer. The fight card will take place on December 2, 2016 at Khalifa Sports City, in Isa Town, Bahrain.
