Alan Omer Injured, Out Of Brave 2 Title Fight

The injury bug has hit Stuttgart, with Brave title contender Alan Omer forced to withdraw from his Brave 2 “Dynasty” featherweight title fight against Masio Fullen after being injured in training camp.

The title fight is still on the line at Khalifa Sports City, Bahrain as Brave matchmakers are close to finding a worthy replacement to face Fullen and headline the card, the second consecutive promoted by Brave Combat Federation in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Omer was entering this bout with an impressive tally of 19 wins, 10 by way of submission and 6 by TKO. His record put him in a perfect place for such an opportunity, but a nasty eyebrow cut made him unable to step into the cage.

Fullen, a long-time MMA veteran and a former The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America participant, earned a shot at the gold after beating Abdul Muneer Via TKO in September. With a record of (11-6) and an injury free camp, he remains part of the main event.

Brave 2 “Dynasty” is scheduled for Dec.2 at Khalifa Sports City and features Gadzhimusa Gaziev Vs Carl Booth in the co-main event. The main card also features the clash of Jarrah Al Silawi and Erik Carlsson in the Welterweight division and Ottman Azaitar vs Kevin Koldobsky, also in the 77kg division.
